Le Salon Pur Sang in the Maison De l’Alsace: Bugatti now has an address in Paris

Paris / Molsheim, December 7, 2017. Bugatti now has an address in Paris. Yesterday evening, the luxury automobile brand from Molsheim in Alsace inaugurated its exclusive salon in the framework of the reopening of the Maison De l’Alsace on the Avenue des Champs Èlysées in the heart of the French capital. The Alsatian regional representation in Paris had invited Bugatti to take up residence here together with other brands from the region. The Bugatti salon is named “Le Salon Pur Sang“, based on what company founder Ettore Bugatti once called his creations: Le Pur Sang des Automobiles – thoroughbred automobiles.

 

“Bugatti strongly identifies as an Alsatian company and we have been actively committed to the region for many years,” said Christophe Piochon, Member of the Board of Management of Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., Head of Production of the brand and plant manager at Molsheim. “Of course, we are equally a French brand and it is therefore a great honour for us to present ourselves in Paris together with other renowned brands from Alsace and to promote the region,” the 41-year-old from France added

 

Bernard Kuentz, Director of the Maison De l’Asace, is extremely satisfied: “My team and I are great Bugatti fans. We are linked with Bugatti by many years of cooperation. I am proud to be able to welcome this fantastic brand under our roof. This is a genuine addition to our representation in Paris.”

 

The “Salon Pur Sang” is located on the third floor of the building with a view over the Champs-Elysées. An exquisite Bugatti world was created in an area of 24 m² dominated by the characteristic Bugatti blue. The walls are decorated by collages and designsketches. In the centre of the salon, a conference table made from carbon of the type used for the super sports cars will attract visitors’ attention.

 

The Maison De l’Alsace was established in 1972 and has since been an exclusive venue for events of all types. Apart from Bugatti, Lalique and Barrisol also have salons in the building. All in all, more than 70 companies from Alsace now use many other rooms with a total floor area of 1200 m² on five floors for meetings, presentations and other events. The top floor, which has a fantastic panoramic view of Paris, is especially popular. The building is also open to companies which do not come from Alsace.
